It is a matter of great satisfaction and pride for me that UIT is now a very well recognized school of engineering both at national and international levels. Its success can be measured not only in terms of the enrollment which is now about 1300 (which we keep limited due to paucity of space) its success can be gauged from the fact that its graduate are preferred for job positions both in Pakistan and abroad. We have developed modern laboratories in the areas which we are teaching at the institute and UIT has now become a preferred institution for students due to its qualified faculty, their devotion to work and their contribution. I congratulate the faculty for making UIT a model institution.

I congratulate the students for being so disciplined and attentive to their studies.
I bow my head before Allah who enabled us to achieve all this in a very short while.
